Lulav and Etrog Order Form

Orders are due by SEPTEMBER 20, 2024.
Each set contains an Etrog from Israel and Lulav (palm branches) with its holder, made of Hadassim (myrtle branches) and Aravoth (willow branches). Each set is assembled together in a holder with the Lular, Hadassim and Aravoth as one unit. Shipping and handling are included in the price.
Orders may be picked up in the office:
- Monday, October 14, 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 15, 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 16, 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Call the office if you need to make alternative pick-up arrangements.
