Friday night, 6:15 PM, Kabbalat Shabbat, will be on the Facebook page and the “normal” live stream, both audio and video. Go to www.tbaoakland.org and click on either click for live streaming (audio) or click for video streaming. This service will be approximately 45 minutes and Kaddish names will be read toward the end.
Saturday Morning, 9:30 AM, also live on Facebook page and tbaoakland.org pages. It will last approximately one hour, and Kaddish names will be read toward the end.

A wonderful volunteer opportunity awaits you at CityTeam Oakland, open to all congregants ages 14 and older. CityTeam is an organization that works in the Bay Area to provide drug rehabilitation services for those in need. Part of the recovery program is to provide meals for the homeless. Temple Beth Abraham has committed to send up to 6 people the 4th Sunday of every month from 5-7pm to help the individuals in the Rehab program prepare and serve dinner to the homeless. T’fillat Y’ladim —bring your Kindergartner, 1st or 2nd grader for an age appropriate Shabbat service. Each month’s service the focus is on a different Hebrew letter which students spend time looking to identify in the Torah. Filled with song and stories, this service is a great bridge from Shabbat Mishpacha to Junior Congregation
