Bet Sefer Avraham

Welcome to Bet Sefer Avraham!

Welcome to our Bet Sefer Avraham website where you can find answers to most of your questions, learn about our programs,  and much more.

Our religious school is open to all children of members of Temple Beth Abraham.  Contact to learn more about joining our wonderful community.

Our Bet Sefer calendar for the 2019-20 school year is now live.  There are a couple of dinner classes that haven’t been scheduled but this will help now with your planning.  School will start back up on August 27th with our annual BBQ for Kindergarten through 6th grades.  We start with regular class at 4 pm.  At 5 pm, students will all go to the sanctuary for music with Rabbi Bloom while parents are invited to attend orientation in their child’s classroom.  If you have more than one child, maybe adults can split up and share information afterwards.  At 5:30 we all come together for our hot dog/veggie dog BBQ in the Murray Davis Courtyard.  It will be great for everyone to get together again!

Our Mechina (Kindergarten), Alef and Bet classes meet on Tuesdays from 4-6 pm

Our Gimmel, Dalet, Hay and Vav classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6 pm

Our Zayin class meets on Thursdays from 4-6 pm

Explore the links on the left side of the page to get access to our B’nai Mitzvah information, our Summery Literacy Program, and more.

And if you ever have any questions at any time, email me – I am happy to answer your questions on anything having to do with our educational program.

We have an open door policy at our school – if you’d like to observe any classes or participate in some other way, just let me know and I will be happy to set that up for you. We always need volunteers and would welcome your involvement.
