IMPORTANT Health Protocols and Safety Info: A MUST Read

Caring for Each Other:

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We have a wonderful, very large and well-ventilated room. Our many open, big glass doors in the room give us a lot of cool, fresh air; these are separated by gating from the Kindergym play equipment. We will have the heaters on when desired.

Our classes are only as wonderful as they are safe, in both the physical and emotional sense. I ask that every adult parent or caregiver bringing their Kindergym toddler to class to be actively observing them as they climb, learn to share toys, and is appropriate to their age. This involves close relative/caregiver attention and understanding that pulling toys is NOT a “bad thing” but instead an opportunity for the adults to acknowledge their child’s desire and frustration. We adults “use our thoughtful words” to support.

Our Health and Safety Protocols are for the following in the SPRING SignUp Series 2023:

Adults will need to wear masks at all times! Please come prepared with a KN95, KN94, N95, or doubled surgical masks

We are firm in our dedication to our Health Protocols below!

  • We follow our Covid and Illness Protocols before entering our Lobby, with Each ADULT wearing their own N95/KN95  masks and NO SIGNS OF ANY ILLNESS
  • In the Lobby, you will fill out and sign our quick short form regarding any illness, following this information each time that you come to our classes.

Do NOT enter the TBA premises if your answer to any of these questions is yes:

In the last 5 days, have you or any person in your household had any of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, headache, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of taste or smell?

Have you been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the COVID-19 in the last 7 days?

Have you been diagnosed or taken a test that showed a positive Covid-19 test result in the last 10 days?

Anyone who shows signs of ill-health, including continued coughing or runny noses, must leave right away and contact me before returning.
Parents/Caregivers are here with One Adult/One Child ONLY! (No additional adults nor infants nor older siblings may attend)

Due to their age, children do NOT need to wear masks but can do so if they choose.

All of us want to make new friends. To best enjoy our great space and the others in it, I ask that you remember to stay close by to your child, undistracted by cellphone use.

CELLPHONE USE: None in the Kindergym Room!

NO texting, calls, photos or ringers ringing in the Kindergym room!!! You may a take a photo only after class has truly ended.
If you need to make or answer a very important call, you must take your child to the Lobby with you. You will need to leave the building and bring your child with you to answer a phone call if you wish to take your mask off!
We truly appreciate your loving, involved presence!

NO OUTSIDE FOOD: We are a caring community and concerned for everyone’s safety. We are aware of not bringing in ANY food as there is no removal of masks for adults. One and Newly TWOS need to be fed BEFORE entering and AFTER leaving the building. No food in the Lobby and only water in the Kindergym Room.

FOOTWEAR: NO SHOES! Please come prepared to take off your child’s shoes and socks- and your shoes too. This means safer play and better balance!

POTTY LEARNING: Since this is a process that evolves over time, children are encouraged to listen to their own rhythms. However, as a safety and cleanliness concern, your Ones and Twos in underwear should be brought to the bathroom to “try” when they arrive and be monitored by their parents/caregivers for signs of need to revisit the toilet during class.

PLEASE alert me as you come into the Kindergym Room if your child is potty learning and in underwear when you come into the classroom!

MAKEUP POLICY/Refunds: We offer TWO makeup per Session. If you are in more than one Session, you can have 2 makeups during each. There are No Refunds After December 26, 2022.

SIBLINGS: We believe that the policy of ONE Child to ONE Adult creates greater safety and health!

I look forward to sharing the pleasure of being part of our humming, exciting and connecting classes!!
